Hi there, I'm Sebas, your dedicated QiGong instructor, bringing over three decades of experience in the realm of health and wellness. Back in 1986, I started my career as a tennis professional, but everything changed when I encountered Non-Hodgkin lymphoma Cancer during my coaching stint in Cape Town, South Africa, from 2004-08. This challenging experience reshaped my perspective, reinforcing my belief in making the most of every moment.

QiGong gives you a really nice verity of movements. The mind, body and breath approach are all crucial aspects of our health. When we are thinking of health and longevity (lifespan + healthspan = Longevity), All the latest research about longevity suggests that moving your body in different ways is very beneficial. For example if you just went for a run every morning and just did that same exercise over and over and over, yes its good for you, good for circulation but whats truly beneficial in terms of exercise and movement is variety. Thats what we focus on ..
Why does Tripple 7 focus on - Video On Demand weekly sessions rather than 'Live"?
We prioritize Video On Demand (VOD) sessions over live classes due to our understanding of the time constraints and busy schedules of our members and participants. Our VOD system offers sessions providing flexibility and convenience.
QiGong's enduring appeal lies in its accessibility - it can be practiced from virtually anywhere, indoors or outdoors, without the need for special equipment or commutes to a venue. By offering classes 24/7, we empower individuals to engage in their practice at their convenience, eliminating the hassle of gym bags, sweaty clothes, or fixed class schedules.
I like constancy but also like variety, will I get bored with the same classes each week?
Daily Qi Members have access to over 40+ and Triple Qi Memebrs have 70+ classes of instruction. Whilst several routines and techniques are repeated the context and creativity we design into the lesson plan is extremely mindful of both the benefit of structure but also the joy of being challenged and remember the Gong (in Qi Gong) more strictly means play in Chinese than practice... we love that.
